Shannon Lipp is the President and Founder of Turning Point Training and Development LLC, a licensed Sandler Training Center in Novi, Michigan. She was raised in Farmington Hills, Michigan and received a B.A from the University of Michigan, and a Master's Degree from Walsh College. She is extremely dedicated to helping others achieve their full professional potential.
Shannon has more than 15 years experience as a sales professional, working with major corporations such as Ameritrade, Comerica Securities and Scottrade. She has a proven track record as a trainer, corporate coach, and brings added value to any company seeking management and sales training, coaching and improved client retention.
In addition to her professional work in the Greater Detroit Area, She is an active member of the Livonia Chamber of Commerce, a Certified WBE with Great Lakes Women's Business Council (WBENC), a certified MBE with the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC), and a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB).
